These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you (“you” or “Customer”) and EZ Slide-On Key Rings (“EZ Slide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of ezslideonkeyrings.com and any related subdomains, mobile experiences, content, and services (collectively, the “Site”), and your purchase of any products offered through the Site (the “Products”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to every visitor, user, and customer of the Site. We may update them from time to time; the version posted on the Site at the time of your visit or purchase is the version that applies to you. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any change materially reduces your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to highlight it on the Site.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or create an account. By using the Site you represent and warrant that (a) you meet this age requirement; (b) the information you provide is accurate and complete; (c) you are not barred from receiving our Products under U.S. or applicable export-control laws; and (d) your use of the Site complies with all laws that apply to you.

If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account Registration

You can browse and shop as a guest, but certain features (such as order history, saved addresses, or faster checkout) require an account. When you create an account you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
  • Keep your password confidential and not share your login credentials;
  • Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account; and
  • Notify us promptly at support@ezslideonkeyrings.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that show fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity, or that violate these Terms.

AI-Powered Customer Support Chat

Our Site includes an AI-powered customer support chat (the “EZ Assistant”). The EZ Assistant is an automated tool intended to help you find product information, answer common questions, and route requests to our support team. By using the chat you agree to the following:

  • Third-party AI provider. The messages you send through the EZ Assistant are processed by our third-party AI provider, Groq, Inc., to generate responses on our behalf. Groq processes this data as a service provider/processor in accordance with their privacy policy at https://groq.com/privacy-policy and may retain it for service operation, abuse prevention, debugging, safety, and service improvement.
  • What is shared. The information shared with Groq is limited to the content of your chat messages and the assistant’s replies during your session. It does not include your IP address, browser cookies, payment information, or your customer account record.
  • What not to share. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat, including full payment card numbers, government-issued identification numbers, passwords, or health information. We are not responsible for sensitive information you choose to disclose through the chat.
  • Accuracy. The EZ Assistant may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. It is not a substitute for these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or any other official store policy, and it should not be relied on for legal, medical, or financial decisions. In the event of any conflict between an EZ Assistant response and our official policies, our official policies control.
  • Human support. If you would prefer to contact us without using the AI chat, you can email us directly at support@ezslideonkeyrings.com or tap the “Email Support” button at the top of the chat, which sends your message and a transcript of your conversation to our support team by email.

Orders, Payments, Pricing & Shipping

4.1 Orders

Your order is an offer to buy a Product, which we may accept or decline. Reasons for declining include product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping limitations, or pricing errors. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order-confirmation email and charge your payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time before shipment.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude shipping, handling, and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We work hard to display accurate prices, but errors can occur. If a Product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

4.3 Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full amount of your order, including shipping and taxes. Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, and others) under their own terms and security standards. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

4.4 Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. You are responsible for any additional duties, import taxes, or customs fees that may apply to international shipments.

4.5 Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States and to select international destinations as displayed at checkout. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages once marked delivered by the carrier, or shipping issues caused by incorrect addresses you provide.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We stand behind the quality of our Products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following:

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition;
  • Customer-initiated returns are subject to a return-shipping cost paid by the customer unless the Product is defective or we shipped the wrong item;
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned Product;
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the return is the result of our error or a defective Product; and
  • Final-sale, customized, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.

To start a return or report a defect, email support@ezslideonkeyrings.com with your order number and a description (and photos, if applicable). Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they enter fulfillment; once an order is in fulfillment or has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the EZ Slide-On Key Rings name, logos, product designs, photographs, illustrations, videos, copy, marketing materials, and underlying code — is owned by EZ Slide-On Key Rings or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, trade-dress, and patent laws. Our Products and packaging incorporate patent-pending design elements.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not (a) copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written permission; (b) use our trademarks, product names, or branding without authorization; (c) scrape, data-mine, or use automated systems to extract content; or (d) reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source of any Product.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us are non-confidential, and we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any law or regulation, or the rights of any third party;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or information;
  • Resell our Products through unauthorized channels, including making counterfeit or imitation versions;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, our servers, or networks, including by introducing viruses, malware, or denial-of-service attacks;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, our systems, or restricted areas of the Site;
  • Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it; or
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any other person through the Site or through communication with our team.

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including cancelling orders, suspending accounts, and reporting activity to law-enforcement authorities.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Site and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ Slide-On Key Rings disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will EZ Slide-On Key Rings, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of warranties or damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EZ Slide-On Key Rings and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your use of the Site or any Product; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (d) any content or information you submit through the Site. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Products are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

You and EZ Slide-On Key Rings agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it is permanently barred.

Class-action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, you and EZ Slide-On Key Rings each waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action with respect to any dispute under these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Products, services, technology, applicable law, or business practices. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice (for example, by posting a notice on the Site or by emailing customers with active accounts). Your continued use of the Site or purchase of Products after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced on the Site, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and the Products and supersede any prior agreements.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, carrier delays, power or internet outages, or governmental action.
