- Analytics & advertising: only after you opt in to those categories — typically Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel.
- Customer support tools: our helpdesk software.
- Legal & safety: law enforcement, courts, regulators, or other parties where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising partners may qualify as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law — you can opt out at any time via the cookie preferences or the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer.
AI-Powered Customer Support Chat
Our website includes an AI-powered customer support chat (the “EZ Assistant”). When you use the chat, the messages you send are processed by a third-party AI provider, Groq, Inc., to generate responses on our behalf. The information shared with Groq is limited to the content of your chat messages and the assistant’s replies during your session; it does not include your IP address, browser cookies, payment information, or your customer account record.
Messages may include any information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, or order number. Groq processes this data on our behalf as a service provider/processor in accordance with their privacy policy at https://groq.com/privacy-policy, and may retain it for service operation, abuse prevention, debugging, safety, and service improvement.
Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat, including full payment card numbers, government-issued identification numbers, passwords, or health information. The EZ Assistant is an automated tool and may occasionally produce inaccurate information; it is not a substitute for our official store policies and should not be relied on for legal, medical, or financial decisions. If you’d prefer to contact us without using the AI chat, email us directly at support@ezslideonkeyrings.com or tap the “Email Support” button at the top of the chat, which sends your message and a transcript of your conversation to our support team by email.
Data retention
We keep your information as long as your account is active, as needed to provide our services, and as required to comply with our legal obligations (tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute resolution). Order records are typically retained for at least 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. You can request deletion at any time (see Your rights below).
Your California rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer or the cookie preferences modal. We also honor GPC.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information to what is reasonably necessary to provide the service. We do not use sensitive PI for inferring characteristics.

Our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (fulfilling your orders), consent (marketing emails and non-essential cookies), legal obligation (tax, accounting), and legitimate interest (site security, fraud prevention, improving our products). For international transfers we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Children’s privacy
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
